All workshop seats must be booked and paid online in advance. Your seat is confirmed once payment is completed successfully.

Cancellations 72 hours or more before the workshop

You may request a full refund or reschedule to another available workshop date.

Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before the workshop

You may reschedule once to another available workshop date. Refunds are not guaranteed during this period.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the workshop

Payments are non-refundable.

No-shows

If you do not attend the workshop and do not notify us in advance, your payment will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Each participant may reschedule once only.

Minimum participants

Lemone Naturélle may reschedule the workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, participants will be offered a new available date or a full refund.

If Lemone Naturélle changes or cancels the workshop

If the workshop is cancelled or changed by Lemone Naturélle, participants will be offered either a new available date or a full refund.

Emergency cases

Urgent situations will be reviewed case by case. Please contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible.
