Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Lemone Naturélle | Cold Process Soap Making Workshops

At Lemone Naturélle, we look forward to welcoming you to our handmade soap-making workshops in Bahrain and Kuwait.

Workshop Locations & Bookings

Bahrain: Workshops are hosted at Artology.

Kuwait: Workshops are hosted in collaboration with Artspace. Bookings and payments are managed through Artspace's official booking platform.

All workshop reservations must be confirmed and paid through the official booking channel provided for each session.

Cancellations & Refunds

72 hours or more before the workshop

Participants may request a full refund or reschedule to another available workshop date.

Between 24 and 72 hours before the workshop

Participants may request to reschedule once, subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed during this period.

Less than 24 hours before the workshop

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop without prior notice are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Rescheduling

- Each participant may reschedule once, subject to availability.

- Rescheduling requests must be made before the scheduled workshop.

- All requests should be submitted through the official booking channel or the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

Workshop Changes or Cancellations

Lemone Naturélle reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, or unexpected circumstances.

If we cancel a workshop or make a significant change to its date, time, or location, participants will be offered:

- A full refund, or

- A place in another available workshop.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations may happen. Emergency cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original booking and payment channel.

For Kuwait workshops booked through Artspace, refund requests and processing will be coordinated with Artspace.

Important Information

By completing a workshop booking, participants acknowledge the cancellation and rescheduling conditions communicated at the time of booking.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws in Bahrain or Kuwait.
