Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.

Please note that slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur, as all Lemone Naturélle products are handcrafted in small batches.
