At Lemone Naturélle, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure our handcrafted products reach you safely and in excellent condition.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently offer online product delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain only.
International shipping, including other GCC countries, is not yet available for online product purchases.
We look forward to expanding our delivery services to additional destinations in the future.
2. Delivery Options & Fees
We currently offer the following delivery options within Bahrain:
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Fee: BHD 2.000
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Free Delivery
- Available on orders of BHD 20.000 or more.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery fees and free shipping eligibility are calculated at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and processed during our operating business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery will be arranged through our shipping partner.
4. Delivery Information
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive as smoothly as possible.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unexpected delays or delivery issues will be reviewed, and we will assist in finding a suitable resolution.
5. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
We carefully inspect and package our products before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Soap Making Workshop Deliveries
Our cold-process soap-making workshops are held at:
- Bahrain: Artology
- Kuwait: Artspace
Each participant creates approximately 600 g of handmade cold-process soap, producing around 4 bars.
Freshly made soap cannot be used immediately and requires a curing period of approximately 3–4 weeks.
Lemone Naturélle will carefully store and monitor the soaps during the curing period.
Once the soaps have completed curing and are confirmed ready for use, they will be packaged and delivered directly to each participant's home address.
Workshop Soap Delivery
Delivery Fee: Free — included in the workshop experience.
Bahrain
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Kuwait
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch from Bahrain.
These delivery times are preliminary estimates and are subject to confirmation with our shipping partners.
Delivery to Kuwait may take additional time due to international shipping arrangements, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier delays.
Participants will be contacted with delivery updates once their soaps are ready for dispatch.
Please note that the curing period is separate from the delivery period. If additional curing time is required to ensure the soaps are ready for use, participants will be informed accordingly.
Workshop soap deliveries are arranged separately from regular online product orders.
The availability of workshop deliveries to Kuwait does not mean that regular online product shipping to Kuwait is currently offered.
