Lemone Naturélle | Cold Process Soap Making Experience
At Lemone Naturélle, your safety and comfort are important to us. Our workshops are designed to provide a creative, enjoyable, and carefully supervised soap-making experience.
Please read the following safety guidelines before attending.

All workshops are conducted under the guidance of Lemone Naturélle.
1. Understanding the Process
Our workshops involve traditional cold-process soap making, which requires sodium hydroxide (NaOH), also known as lye.
Sodium hydroxide is a corrosive substance that can cause serious skin and eye injuries if handled incorrectly.
Participants must follow the instructor's directions throughout the workshop. All activities involving sodium hydroxide must be carried out under direct supervision.
2. Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe experience, all participants must:
- Wear the provided protective gloves, safety goggles, and apron during soap making.
- Wear suitable clothing, preferably long sleeves and closed-toe shoes.
- Tie back long hair when necessary.
- Follow the instructor's guidance when handling ingredients, equipment, and raw soap batter.
- Avoid touching their face, eyes, or mouth during the process.
- Never touch sodium hydroxide, lye solution, or raw soap batter with bare hands.
- Keep food and drinks away from the soap-making area.
- Avoid using equipment or handling chemicals without the instructor's permission.
- Immediately report spills, splashes, injuries, or discomfort to the instructor.
Protective equipment must remain in place until the instructor confirms it is safe to remove.
3. Allergies & Sensitivities
Our workshops may involve fragrance oils, natural oils, colourants, and botanical ingredients.
Participants with known allergies, fragrance sensitivities, respiratory sensitivities, or other relevant health concerns are encouraged to contact Lemone Naturélle before booking.
Ingredient information can be provided upon request.
4. Age Requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend any Lemone Naturélle soap-making workshop in Bahrain or Kuwait.
Participants under 18 years of age are not permitted to attend, even with parental or guardian consent.
5. Emergency Procedures
If sodium hydroxide, lye solution, or raw soap batter contacts your skin or eyes, immediately inform the instructor.
Affected areas must be rinsed immediately with plenty of running water. Chemical exposure to the eyes requires urgent medical attention.
Do not attempt to neutralise chemical exposure using vinegar or other substances.
The instructor will coordinate appropriate first aid and emergency assistance when necessary.
6. Soap Making, Curing & Home Delivery
During the workshop, each participant will create approximately 600 g of cold-process soap, producing around 4 handmade bars.
Freshly made cold-process soap is not ready for immediate use.
The soaps require a curing period of approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on their readiness.
Lemone Naturélle will carefully store and monitor the soaps throughout the curing period to ensure they are ready for use.
Once the soaps have completed curing and are confirmed ready, they will be packaged and delivered directly to each participant's home address.
Home delivery will be arranged for all participants attending our workshops in Bahrain and Kuwait.
Participants will be contacted with delivery information once their soaps are ready.
7. After Receiving Your Soap
For the best experience:
- Use the soap externally only.
- Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Allow the soap to dry between uses.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive moisture.
8. Participant Responsibilities
All participants are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the instructor and respect the workshop environment.
Lemone Naturélle may stop a participant from continuing an activity if their actions create a safety risk to themselves or others.
Safety Acknowledgement
By attending a Lemone Naturélle soap-making workshop, participants acknowledge that they have been informed of the safety precautions involved in cold-process soap making and agree to follow the instructor's safety guidance throughout the session.
This notice does not limit any rights or protections available under applicable laws in Bahrain or Kuwait.
